Site Quantity Surveying leadership during process plant construction and commissioning, followed by approximately 10 years supporting operations. Experience included cost and contract performance management across mobile maintenance and Mine Operations activities, including oversight of outsourced contracts within a substantial annual operating budget.
Led multidisciplinary Quantity Surveying teams and provided broader project management, commercial and contractual support. Involvement extended from procurement and contract strategy through execution, change management, contractor performance, negotiations and final account settlement, including support through project closeout.
Commercial and cost management input across mining studies at various stages of development, supporting estimate reviews, execution planning, procurement strategies and investment decision-making.
