As a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS), I’ve spent my career working in construction cost analysis, contract formulation and negotiation, financial review, and long-term planning for buildings and infrastructure. This experience provides a strong foundation for reviewing condominium documents, where understanding contractual obligations, financial risk, and governance structures is essential. As a PQS, I am also qualified to perform Reserve Fund Studies, providing additional expertise in evaluating long-term capital planning and funding adequacy for condominium corporations.
Alongside my professional work, I serve as treasurer on two condominium boards in Calgary and Cochrane. This gives me real-world insight into how condo corporations operate, how decisions are made, and what those decisions mean for owners.
